How it works
This is a membership – will be automatically renewed annually.
We set you up an online account and you fill out all the relevant details if in the event you were to fall ill at short notice, or if someone was to find you, at least you know your pets will be cared for.
We will either look after your pets in your home, get in touch with your emergency contacts or arrange emergency boarding for your pets. Whatever we arrange and decide, we will ensure that it happens. There may also be some discussions on the “what if’s” if you need us to be there at the time your pets need us most.
The process is simple, one of our friendly team will go through everything with you, set up an online account and check in every six months to ensure your profile is up to date and we are made aware of any changes.
Once all signed up we will send you out your personalised card for you to put in your wallet, purse or safe place.
