Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes - We ask that all dogs over 7months of age are desexed. They can walk with us until this age, but must be desexed to go in group walks after that.
-
Our group walks go for 1hr. The total time your dog is out of the house will depend on traffic and the time it takes to get all the dogs back home. Usually we estimate your dog will be out of the house for 1.5hr - 3hrs.
If you request a solo walk, there is the option of 30 minutes or 1 hour walks.
-
Harness & Collar with ID tag - we request all dogs have a collar and harness while in our care. The reason for this is to be able to harness into the vehicle safely and also to ensure if the dogs harness breaks or it slips out your dog still has something to hold and also some ID on their collar.
Keys/access to your property.
Towel/brush if you wish for us to towel dry or brush after their walk.
-
We provide our own poop bags, leads and bring dog treats. If your dog requires a special diet you can request we only use your treats. We will send you a journal after your walk has been completed via email for your peace of mind. It will include the time we arrived and left, what your dog did and if they went to the toilet. You will also receive some photos of your pets outing.
